Heritage Custom Builders is owned by Christine and Caleb Anderson of CPA Construction.  Caleb started in the the construction field over 18 years ago working alongside his father and grandfather as an apprentice, constructing dream projects for homeowners through Michigan.  He grew to appreciate the quality and efficiency he could offer his clients by sticking to the principles of customer service and quality workmanship.  Let us know about your dream home – we are pledged to bring that into reality.  A rock-solid foundation with stunning design.  That’s our work!

We work with a fine group of our regular subcontractors to assist with the site-work.   Foune Well Drilling, Advance Poured Walls, D & M Concrete, B & D Heating and Cooling, Pride Plumbing & Mechanical, J & M Quality Construction, Ron’s Electric and many more.

We have been building new homes in the Southwest Michigan area since 1996. Owned by CPA Construction, Heritage Custom Builders is one of the few modular home builders actually owned by the contractor. We believe contractor owned is a better way to build modular homes for our customers. It means we’re involved with the building process from start to finish.

In the office, you’ll find Mike to help you with the design and selection of your new home. Originally from Hudsonville, Mike currently resides with his family in Marcellus. Mike has been in the construction business for over 25 years and has spent the last 18 working with modular homes in West and Southwest Michigan. Mike’s technical knowledge of modular homes combined with his experience with the building process has earned him an excellent reputation in the modular building industry and with his customers.
